Single Line Signatures No Longer Count for Fair Tax Colorado
This from the folks at Fair Tax Colorado:
“The Colorado Supreme Court ruled against single-line signer forms being a viable alternative for traditional signature gathering. If you have signed a single-lined petition, we are sorry to inform you that you will need to sign a traditional petition form in order for your signature to count. If you signed a traditional 40-line petition, don’t worry – your signature is safe.”
We can’t tell you how important it is for us to get petitions circulated and signed. Petitions need to be turned into Fair Tax Colorado by July 25th – so there’s much to get accomplished in the next 24 days.
Here’s a link to Fair Tax Colorado’s page that will connect anyone who is either interested in signing a petition or getting a petition to collect signatures. https://fairtaxcolorado.org/sign-a-petition/
We also have petitions available to anyone interested in collecting signatures, or if you want to sign a petition:
