What Message Does It Send?

Okay, I am forced to take issue with some comments in Mr. McMinimee’s interview with Colorado Matters. One in particular –

“A vote to allocate $5 million more for charter schools: Some protested the allocation, arguing the move doesn’t reflect what voters intended in measures 3a and 3b, which targeted money into keeping class sizes down. McMinimee disagrees…” – See more at: http://www.cpr.org/news/story/new-jeffco-leader-teacher-pay-charter-schools-and-unions#sthash.U4q31FjB.dpuf

So when we promised those funds were to be used to “maintain class size”, what message does it send parents (& voters who approved the mill) when we hear reports of 37 kids to a class at the beginning of school this year?http://www.supportjeffcokids.org/37-children/
