It appears that the district is advertising that they want to pay someone to do a survey to find out how employees are feeling, how to better retain teachers (remember we said that was an issue – here’s proof!), determine how to recruit employees to Jeffco Schools and whether there is support for “innovation.”
Well, we like to save the district money, so we created a survey and as long-time volunteers dedicated to Jeffco Schools, all of our efforts are completely free! Please click the link and take the survey and then send it to everyone who works in Jeffco (personal emails only, please!)
Please take the survey by October 7th so we can properly advise the district and Board of Education!
